This 45-minute to an hour session leads leadership staff through reflection on leadership staffs of the past and encourages them to think of how they want to be perceived by staff this summer. The session facilitator will lay out the responsibilities of leadership staff members, and leadership staff will discuss how those things might impact the perception they want others to have. They’ll create group action items for successfully meshing these things, then they’ll do individual reflection.
