What Happened to Halloween? Escape Room Mini Game
This is a 15 minute escape room style game.
All of Halloween is vanishing, including decorations, pumpkins and even candy. Things seem to disappear every 15 minutes. The only thing left is a sack full of bite-sized candy. We figure that will be gone, too, in 15 minutes.
Teams of 4-6 players will need to solve puzzles to find out who is responsible for the disappearance of Halloween and stop them before all is lost.
The neat thing about this game is that it can easily be used for other holidays. For example, if you want to make it a Christmas game simply change out the few Halloween themed items for Christmas themed ones.
You’ll get a PDF booklet of how to play the game, how to set it up, how to reset it and what to purchase. There is also a file of printables for the game.
What You’ll Need
You’ll need locks (three 3-digit locks, one 4-letter lock and one 5-letter lock) and 5 lockable boxes. Beyond that, the few other items you’ll need can be found at the dollar store.
Recommended age is 7 and up.
